Through their own practical experiences as turnaround school administrators, and using research based and validated methods found in the No-Nonsense Nurturer Program, our Associates have the tools to plan and support your school.

Culture Plan Development

Tailored advisory engagements that connect school leaders with CT3 experts to create a comprehensive culture plan that provides the foundation for high academic achievement in rural and urban K-12 schools.

The program is offered as a series of working sessions via on-site and online web-based engagement.

Principal Support

Collaboration with the principal supports the implementation of the schoolwide culture plan.

CT3 experts devise a custom work plan for principals, then provides feedback and guidance in areas of planning, communication, family involvement, teacher coaching, and student engagement.
