Real-Time Teacher Coaching is our approach to helping teachers meet their goals quickly and with the right kind of support.
With Real Time Teacher Coaching, a teacher and coach work together to create trust and partnership. The teacher gets help from the coach to determine what his/her goals are. Once they set a goal, they talk about what support the teacher needs to meet his/her goal and they formulate a plan. Then the in-class coaching session happens via walkie talkie. Both teacher and coach download on how it worked.
