Marcus is an accomplished brand builder and digital marketer with over thirteen years of business leadership at Procter & Gamble. His diverse and strategic leadership experience includes P&L management, brand reinvention, and digital go-to-market innovation. While at P&G he helped to launch Vidal Sassoon Pro Series, turn around Olay Skin Care business results, and create the P&G North America performance marketing and data strategy.
Marcus was drawn to the CT3 mission and is excited to help us increase our impact in more schools across the country. He leads our work in operations, data, and marketing and drives our growth strategy. He is committed to supporting our state, district, and school partners and leading cross-functional teams to achieve CT3’s mission of transforming the quality and culture of education and creating equitable, nurturing places to learn for all scholars.
