Tyler is a tech tinkerer whose passion is discovering the progressive benefits of advancing technologies to improve process. Having 10 years of Information Technology experience, Tyler has worked in many I.T business sectors such as retail, legal and engineering firms, human service agencies, and is now transitioning to Education Technology. Tyler prides himself on taking unique approaches to process improvement, system implementation, training, and technology services. Prior to joining CT3, Tyler was a software solutions specialist who was vital in project managing , implementing, and supporting several software solutions for an enterprise level non-profit human service agency. These systems included : HRIS, ATS, HCM, and employee engagement platforms. These solutions were pivotal in modernizing business processes for all administrative & organizational units and allowed the agency to pivot anc achieve more techology driven outcomes.
