Anthony Britton is an accomplished educator, instructional leader, and consultant with over 21 years of experience in K-12 and higher education. He has served as an elementary and middle school math and science teacher, instructional coach, chief of culture and climate, director of instruction, assistant principal, principal, and adjunct professor of education at North Park University.
Anthony is the founder of The Healthy Teacher Organization, a national initiative dedicated to supporting educators’ mental well-being through self-care strategies, wellness workshops, and community care programs. Under his leadership, the organization has positively impacted hundreds of educators and multiple schools nationwide.
He has been recognized with numerous awards, including Mayoral Teacher of the Year Award, and is a two-time recipient of the AUSL Turnaround School Trip Crown Award for achieving significant gains in student academic growth. As a school leader, he successfully increased his school’s overall rating, reflecting his commitment to academic excellence and school improvement, and has received many additional honors throughout his career.
Anthony holds a bachelor’s degree in Math and Science Education, a master’s in Educational Leadership, and is pursuing a doctorate in Leadership and Innovation. His ultimate goal is to equip educators with the professional and wellness tools they need to thrive—so they can, in turn, provide the very best education for their students.
