For more than 18 years, Lauren has partnered with educators to strengthen teaching, develop leaders, and improve outcomes for students. Her experience spans classroom, school, district, and consulting roles, giving her a unique perspective on leading meaningful change across school systems.
Drawing on an engineer’s approach to solving complex problems and a passion for developing others, Lauren designs and facilitates professional learning, coaches educators, and equips leaders to strengthen instruction and build thriving school communities. At the heart of her work is a belief that every student deserves excellent teaching, every educator is capable of growth, and strong relationships are the foundation for lasting impact.
Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Georgia Tech and began her career in education through Teach For America. She lives in the Atlanta area with her husband and three children and enjoys tennis, reading, cheering on her favorite teams, and spending time with her family.
