Dr. Maisha Otway is a results-driven former principal and educational leadership coach based in metro Atlanta, Georgia. As a turnaround educator, she has led significant improvements in academic achievement, school culture, and shared leadership, including double-digit gains in reading and mathematics and three consecutive years of PBIS Distinguished recognition.
Maisha currently serves as a leadership coach and consultant and an On-Call Associate with CT3 Education. She specializes in school transformation, instructional leadership, culture building, and developing high-expectation, high-support environments where educators and students, particularly those who have been historically underestimated, can thrive.
