Stephanie is a results-driven educator with a laser-like focus on joy in the classroom. She is an advocate and designer of identity-affirming schools and stresses the importance of removing oppressive systems from all learning spaces. With experience supporting a number of school districts across the nation, she has served as a teacher, instructional coach, school leader, principal manager and consultant. She has a track record of results in school turnaround and is known for creating a rigorous vision for instruction by providing wraparound support to both students and staff.
Prior to joining the CT3 team, Stephanie served as the chief learning officer of Chicago’s second largest charter network. She has an unwavering belief in the capabilities of all students and has dedicated her life to ending education inequity.
