CT3 Team Scales to Deepen Impact

As we seek to serve millions of students and thousands of schools, CT3 is planning for broad expansion over the next five years. To ensure our programming and service delivery remain best-in-class as we scale, we are thrilled to announce a number of team member promotions.

The multitude of promotions from within are a testament to the caliber of leaders in our organization and their resolve to serve every student, every day. The CT3 team looks forward to partnering with more schools and districts to ensure youth who have been underserved, under-resourced, and disenfranchised get a high-quality, impactful education focused on their achievement.


Eyka Stephens – Having served as a managing associate, Dr. Stephens will now serve as the Senior Director of Learning and Development, where she’ll be charged with building personalized learning plans for each CT3 team member. CEO Dr. Nataki Gregory  said, “Eyka’s keen eye for growth opportunities in others and how to take advantage of those is a step above.”

Joy Treadwell – Dr. Treadwell has 16 years of experience in education as a teacher, principal and Chief Academic Officer and most recently served as a Managing Associate and Program Manager. Now as Chief Program Officer, Dr. Treadwell will be responsible for adapting, expanding, and deepening our programming. She said, “I hope to lead our team and support our partners with the compassion, clarity, and resilience required to improve the educational experience for millions of children.”

Meaghan Loftus, M.Ed.Meaghan Loftus – Loftus was a successful school principal before she brought her leadership skills to CT3. While Loftus has already been working as an Associate and a Partnership Manager, she’ll now be a Lead Partnership Manager, helping to support other managers in implementation as we scale to serve more schools.

Ishmael HallIshmael Hall – Hall quickly leveraged his keen ability to build relationships as an Associate. Now as a Partnership Manager, he’ll facilitate collaboration with a large district partner. “I am excited to support my colleagues through intentional relationship building, effective coordination with district/school based partners, and strong planning to create dynamic partnerships,” said Hall.

Stephanie Jarrett-ThorpeStephanie Jarrett-Thorpe – Jarrett-Thorpe has taught, led, and coached school leaders in multiple states. She is eager to bring this experience to benefit others as a Managing Associate. She said, “I’m motivated to be a part of designing and/or refining systems to ensure our continued growth and alignment.”

Jackie Surratt – Due to her effectiveness as a coach and school leader, attention to detail, self-awareness, strong follow-through, and servant-leadership, Surratt will move from an Associate to a Managing Associate role where she will lead Associates to increasingly strong outcomes. “Our people are incredibly talented and make an impact on youth every day they’re in schools!” she said.

Shawn BenderShawn Bender – Bender’s 20 years of experience in education will serve him well in his new role as Program Lead for Real Time Leadership Coaching. As Program Lead, he will ensure CT3’s principal coaching is creating impact for youth. He said, “I hope to engage and collaborate with colleagues to balance the art & science of RTLC by providing support, thought partnership, and technical assistance.”

Chris Cantu – Since Cantu joined CT3, he has been one of the highest-rated No-Nonsense Nurturer facilitators in the organization’s history. As the new Program Lead for this body of work, Cantu has big ideas. He said, “My goal is to take our game-changing one-day training & extend it into a multi-day experience where principals inspect what they expect.” 

Jonnecia AlfordJonnecia Alford – Alford’s proven success as a teacher, coach and school leader drive her talents as an Associate. These experiences will serve her well as a Training Associate, where she will model high-quality, effective implementation of No-Nonsense Nurturer and Real Time Teacher Coaching programs. “One of my goals is to work across the organization to design training experiences that build competencies pivotal to being successful,” she said.

Samantha ReichardSamantha Reichard – Reichard joined the CT3 team after being coached by CT3 Associates and serving as a Lead RTTC, training coaches across her home district. As a Training Associate, she hopes “to impact our organization within this role by placing students first through the bolstering of Associate skill sets in delivering high quality and equitably-driven service.”
