Victoria is a passionate educator and has over 19 years of experience. Her professional journey includes work as a mathematics teacher, assistant principal, principal, executive director, and educational consultant. She has been relentless about closing the achievement gap for students of color, while regarded for professionalism and effective coaching strategies proven to improve schools’ academic achievements.
Victoria most recently served as an educational consultant by providing districts and schools across the country professional learning and mathematics coaching. Previously, she served as Executive Director for Ivy Preparatory Academies. She graduated from Albany State University with a bachelor’s degree in education and the University of Georgia with a master’s degree in education.
Victoria is from Warner Robins, GA, where she was very active in her community. She currently resides in the metro Atlanta area and loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, and teaching etiquette and character development.
